Description

Wednesday Morning: 6:30 - 7:30 AM

The practice begins as we set an intention for our day and ahead and be present, body, mind, heart and soul. All are guided to come into the essences of the yoga practice; letting go of competition, comparison, judgment, remain present in the breath.  Warm up focuses on spine, joint lubrication, body temp elevation, breath work. Moves into sun salutations and moving with the breath through a vinyasa flow. Warrior Series and Standing balance with focus on core engagement and the happy union of yoga, flexibility and strength throughout.
